Sonja & Theo | Altaussee

Winter weddings are always something special. The light has a different colour, the days are short and the “Glühwein” in your hand makes it very cosy to observe the snow covered mountains.

This time two handballers tied the knot. Sonja and Theo are two marvelous, easy-going people with hearts made of gold.

The preparation started in Villa Jungmann, a beautiful piece of architecture from the 19th century.  Friends gathered here days before and tested the static of the building the night before.

The wedding afterwards moved to garden centre “Gärtnerei Reischenböck”. To be honest I was quiet sceptical when I first heard about this idea. Who would like to sit next to a cactus on a wedding? But what a surprise! Once it was decorated and the candles lit on, the place changed to something magical. On top of that the construction of the green house provided an excellent opportunity for kids to litteraly hang around :-)

The party was nothing short of legendary. The handball team did not disappoint and DJ Axel Becker threw an amazing party. Bravo!

I was very happy to be part of this beautiful wedding and wish the couple all the best.

“The single most important component of a camera is the twelve inches behind it.” – Ansel Adams Hi, I am glad you have found way to my website and probably we can connect one day. Let me start. I am an international wedding and event photographer. I am 32 years old and for the last 9 years I have lived in Vienna. I have a very tolerant wife that supported me in my dream since the very beginning and a great son Oli. After spending several years in the banking industry, I realized that office job does not fulfill me anymore and picked up my old love photography. I am very happy to earn my bread with job I love and I am passionate about. Photography also tought me that dreams can become true if you really want it and work hard for it. My favorite motive are people with their vast array of characters. I love emotions, both positive and negative. Taking pictures is one way to express them. Seeing the joy in the eyes of people photographed, once they see their pictures, is very satisfying. I like neverending hikes and I like to observe. Observe the world wihout judgements, and I like meeting people other then me. I think that world and and people around me are the most thhrilling movie I could ever watch. And now tell me sth. about you… (redirect to contact form)
